Port of Portland Terminal 4 ELDER Demolition, Inc. was selected by The Port of Portland to Remove and Recycle the Large Grain Tanks at the Port's Terminal 4 property. ELDER successfully outbid 10 west coast Demolition Contractors to smoothly transition the tank property into potential useable Real Estate. Demolition Estimator Trip Turner has worked on projects for the Port for over 10 years. He is looking forward to continuing their relationship with estimates, budgets and successfully completed projects to help the port upgrade properties into the next decade. Site Foreman Jason Samek (ELDER) has worked hard to keep this project on Budget and on Schedule.
